Changes to receiving shareholder communications

Following the passing of the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 in February 2022, MinRes can now issue notices of annual and general meetings electronically where a security holder has provided a valid email address or has not made an election, unless the security holder has elected to receive a paper copy of these documents.

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will assist MinRes with its commitment to minimising paper usage. We encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, go to www.computershare.com.au/easyupdate/MIN and follow the prompts.

You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including Annual Reports and documents related to members’ meetings (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:

  1. You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
  2. You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
  3. You can tell us if you do not want to receive a hard-copy of the Annual Report.

You will always be able to access and read our Annual Report, Notice of Meeting and other shareholder documents when they are published on our website and the ASX platform.

To tell us your preference, go to www.computershare.com.au/easyupdate/MIN and follow the prompts.
